Without question, it is a serious problem busting at the seams of its borders and long overdue for a viable solution. Hopefully a resolution can be proposed before this issue falls through a sinkhole. Concaving under its own weight allowing the waters edge to spill over and drown us in red tears and a river of hate. Please tell me that no one really believes this issue pertains only and specifically to Mexican immigrants.

One can be sure that much of the recent controversy has been spun by politicians using a critical situation to bring attention to themselves for their own political agendas and campaigns. I just can’t believe that so many of my fellow citizens are willing to be herded like cattle again and again by the very politicians that set the corner stone in place that has served as the foundation to this crisis. It’s a political ploy to shift our attentions away from matters of great importance like the war, humanitarians struggle with governments for funding to provide medical and pharmaceutical care. The fight to bring an end to poverty and starvation worldwide. As well as our own inabilities as a nation to resolve the catastrophe and fallout of Katrina in New Orleans and Mississippi. 

My fellow Americans you are also far too eager to forget that the true core reasons responsible for the financial failure and bankruptcy of Social Security system is, direct, a result of our own elected officials financial mismanagement, abuse and negligence. You cannot blame America's problems on Mexicans that are employed in America for that which was rendered by our own countrymen.

This attitude towards Mexicans sweeping across America also rings a familiar tone of blatant prejudice and racism, no matter how many times you say, “I have a lot of friends that are Mexicans.” We might be good to remember that we are all guests here on this planet we call earth and that no one nationality owns America or any other country for that matter.

American means so many different things to all of us but we are a body of people, united, that believe in a democratic society. Lets not forfeit humanity for the race. Lets make an effort not to cause an earthquake or avalanche by forcing our forefathers and mothers to roll over in their graves from shame. Lets not make in vain, the countless number of lives lost and sacrificed to uphold the principalities of freedom and liberty. Please educate yourselves on the facts before signing petitions for any issue. Stop spoiling the bride and kicking the whore! There is a way for all of us to coexist and survive. Personally, I prefer to live side by side, in harmony, peace and love. Surviving and coexisting takes so much more hard work and effort. We can all of us learn to accept instead of crossing our arms and stomping our tolerant foot on the backs of the things we are either afraid of or don't understand. All of which stems from a lack of education. So when you come at something or someone with the dull rusted blade of ignorance. Don’t act surprised when you wield it and it bounces back and knocks you in the head instead.  Perhaps that would at least lend itself to waking your ass up!
